Red King Crab (Paralithodes camtschaticus)
The king crab (Paralithodes camtschaticus) is sourced from the Barents Sea, north of Norway. The king crab is of best quality between all year round. The average crab ranges from 2.2 to 4.5 kilograms, and its meat is delicately sweet. King crab levels are internationally monitored and the status of all certifying authorities is green.
